Flower Essences

I have always been passionate about flower essences from the very first time they “found me”. I mainly use the Australian Bush Essences, Alaskan Essences and The Orchid Essences.

I particularly resonate with the vibrational frequency of the Australian Bush Essences, and I find that using these alongside homeopathic remedies really help to create emotional health and wellbeing, bringing clarity to one’s life by helping to develop self esteem, higher levels of intuition and healing.

Whilst the most of us seem to live very demanding and hectic lifestyles, we can sometimes find ourselves struggling. The stresses we carry can often be a contributory factor to many physical symptoms, as well as mental and emotional distress.

Flower essences can powerfully address the underlying emotional pattern, thus clearing the physical symptoms. This works for both acute and chronic long standing physical issues. They maybe safely used by people of all ages.

“Homeopathic remedies are safe, non toxic and non-addictive, and can be used for both chronic and acute complaints.”

The Origins of Flower Essences

The healing power of flowers dates back to medieval times, the earliest recorded use of flower essences occurred in the 16th century when the great healer and mystic Paracelsus collected dew from the flowers to treat his patients’ emotional imbalances. However, the modern pioneer of flower essences was Doctor Edward Bach (1886-1936), who brought flower remedies back into use again. Today, the most popular and widely used essence is Rescue remedy, which brings calm after an emotional or physical shock.

“The Bush Remedies not only help to give clarity to one’s life but also the courage, strength and commitment to follow and pursue one’s goals and dreams. They help to develop a higher level of intuition, self-esteem, spirituality, creativity and fun.

The more the Essences are used, the more one is likely to experience greater awareness and happiness in one’s life. Then everyone benefits… the individual, society and the planet.”

Ian Watson – The founder of the Australian Bush Essences

“Thank you very much again for the dedication you put in the consultations you had with me. You were – from the beginning – spot on with your questions and treatment. You are blessed with a lot of knowledge about homeopathic remedies, empathy and love.”
